Great atmosphere and the food is authentic and delicious! I had the chicken enchilada special with eggs on top and it did not dissapoint! You also get started with chips, beans, & salsa

You can tell good Mexican food by how the basics are made. Great rice and great beans, good tortillas. Only went once but I'm sure the rest of the menu is solid.

Food is really good and the price is just right.

They sent me a text message saying I got a free birthday entree then when I tried to redeem it they said they don't honor those...? Why was it sent to me then? So don't take your coupons or codes or even personal messages they send out. They don't honor their own promotions

Super tasty food. I had the shredded beef and carnitas tacos w/ a chile relleno. My daughter had tamales rice beans and a chile relleno. Service was good 👍 we'll be back.

Ordered their special of the day, a chicken taco, two beef enchiladas, rice, beans, and great service. The salsa they bring to the table is really great! We really enjoyed our dinner while visiting Old Town Orcutt! What was a super nice touch was allowing a local farmer to come in and sell us some fresh strawberries. Really showed us some community spirit.

Food was great! The waiter went above and beyond. Made sure we were taken care of. Recommend this restaurant.

The salsa is to die for! This place is definitely becoming a favourite. Ordered shrimp enchiladas with green sauce. Surprisingly spicy for green sauce. Will definitely be back!

They're almost always understaffed. The food is great the staff was friendly and courteous and accommodating. Just wish they had more employees so the waitress doesn't feel so rushed all the time

Ok, the food was good when I went a year ago. Now people are getting sick. Definitely need a gordan Ramsey check up. If I know the place has been checked out, i will go back in. Good cooks just need some clean up.

This place has the best salsa I've had in a long time. Also the beans are amazing. Three of us had lunch and we all really like the food. The service is very friendly. Great place.

One of my favorite places to eat near Vandy. I grab a couple of brews at Naughty Oak, then get some take-out from Old Town. The burrito especial is my favorite.

Top 3 salsas I've had in my life! Chips are bomb and the complimentary beans are amazing too! We waited for 15 mins after they gave us the check before we went up to the empty cashier upfront to see if that's where we need to pay. A simple remark to tell us where to pay would help. Great place!

Hi I like the food. Nice clean restaurant. Good enchilada and tamale's. Waitress are kept busy.

We had a party of 6. We were told the table would be ready in 5 minutes. It was! Our waiter did a great job taking care of us. The food was good and we had enough to have another meal the next day. This was my second experience at this restaurant and look forward to eating there again when I am in the area.

Food has always been tasty, but sometimes the service is really slow. I feel bad when there's a full house and the waitress is trying her best to get around to everyone. This last trip, we waited 20 minutes after eating to just get the bill.

More interested in cutting losses than giving what a customer ordered. I ordered the steak and shrimp fajitas and a different steak and shrimp dish came out. They took it back to remake but used the old steak and shrimp. It tasted terrible. I don't trust eating here with how they tried to dupe me.

Had a wonderful dinner with my parents last night. Shared the nightly special which consisted of 3 Carnitas enchiladas covered in verde sauce + rice and beans and the carne asada French fries. Full of flavor, good sized portions and yummy chips and salsa. Friendly service and the place was full all night long. Quality, flavorful Mexican food right in old town Orcutt!
